The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The apartment was spacious and clean, everything like in photos, the location was excellent for exploring the city center. Also the bus station was short walking distance. We liked having a private entrance to the building courtyard,we felt very safe. From our balcony window we even had view of the Etna. We would be happy to stay here again or to recommend to our friends. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for nice stay and complimentary coffee as very nice extra touch!

This was our absolute favourite place to stay after staying all over Italy. The courtyard filled with incredible plants is simply heavenly and comfortable. Staff were about the nicest people in the world, we had such a warm and friendly greeting. We used the shuttle service and we were so happy with our cheerful and warm drivers. The staff took care of our every need, and were always eager to help. The breakfast was also the best that we'd had anywhere, so many delicious and homemade choices from Italian breakfast to American breakfast, so worth it. Location was perfect for exploring Catania, as soon as you step outside you see beautiful buildings and a fountain! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms were gigantic! Everything was provided for us beyond expectation. Even if Catania isn't on your must-see list, it's worth travelling here just to stay in this hotel, we hope to stay here again.

Very clean place, very comfortable bed, pillows. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good location, very much accessible by foot. Highly recommended to stay. We had no problems, but that fourth floor felt like climbing to the eighth.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big plus. The location is super convenient, really close to a lot of tourist spots. Communication with the owner was great—very easy and helpful. I also liked the little extras: a coffee machine in the hallway, a tea kettle in the room, and some muffins for breakfast. The mini fridge with a couple of bottles of water was a nice touch too. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing, a great place to stay.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to leave our luggage early and even stay late for check-out. The place is beautiful. The terrace is wonderful, in the center of Catania with a beautiful view. The place has all the amenities for tourists. It's very clean. The neighbors are also very friendly – we had the opportunity to meet them. We're glad we ended our last day in Sicily here because we could have breakfast with a beautiful view of Catania. We will recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you to Alessandra and her wonderful mum 💕.
