This is a beautiful hotel that is within walking distance to the many museums. The staff was very helpful and nice . Our room was beautiful overlooking the river . Just a great place to stay !

The staff were service-oriented and did an excellent job. They were very helpful and attentive.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of yogurts, cereals, and sweets. Additionally, there was a British breakfast option with bacon and eggs, which is not commonly found in other hotels in Italy. This made us very pleased.
The hotel is within walking distance from the city, which was very convenient.
Overall, it was a great stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
Another positive is that they have parking which is very convenient when traveling by car

Enjoy every comfort at Palazzo Lombardo. Set in an antique building, it has been fully restored and features a mix of antique furniture and modern facilities, including free Wi-Fi throughout.

The owners of this hotel were extremely helpful and superb. We arrived at the hotel late night and could not figure out how to open the door. The owner was willing to come to us immediately and show us how to open the door, even though it was late at Christmas. She helped us, as foreigners, in English, with arranging taxis, dealing with lost items, etc.
As well as the staff, the rooms were decorated very lovely and there were even complimentary snacks and tea service. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip. I would stay there again if I had the chance. Thank you very much!

Hotel Orcagna is located in a quiet area near the Arno River. You can walk to Piazza S.Croce in 15 minutes, or get a bike at reception and visit the entire Florence.

Nice little hotel, the location was very good, only 15 minutes walk to the duomo. We could park our car in a nearby street in a safe parking lot. The staff was kind, the breakfast was good.
