Wonderful place, very cosy room, comfortable bed- we had amazing sleep. The breakfast is served at a restaurant at around 400-500 metres and it is delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and polite. The location is excellent- we could see the Duomo from our window. Thank you. 🙏

This was our second trip to Florence, and after reading so many wonderful reviews, we chose to stay at Hotel Spadai—and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter’s birthday, and when we asked if they could arrange for flowers to be placed in the room, they prepared a stunning bouquet that made the day even more special. The room was really nice. A lot of useful kits were found in the bathroom. The interior of the room is 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful. The location is amazing. To summarise, we liked everything:)

Stayed at a lovely new hotel with a great location and pleasant staff. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The rooftop patio offers a fantastic view of the Duomo, which was a highlight of our stay. .

Amazing location. Extremely well done up room. Self and smooth checkin. The suite itself is polished and good. All needed ameneties. Eny was communicating well and took care of timing etc. Beautiful place. We would stay again.
