Excellent breakfast.
Excellent Location.
Hotel is so close to the train station and walking distance from all major attractions.
It also has affiliations with a parking garage if you hire a car.
The rooms were lovely and staff so friendly and helpful!
Cannot exaggerate enough how you should stay here when visiting Florence!

The location was superb, 2 min away from the dome and 10min from the SMN train station. The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and In the evening we enjoyed a glass of prosecco on our terrace.

Apartment located close by all Attractions/main train station. The apartment with high ceiling and very nicely decorated. One of the best apartment that we have stayed in during our trip in Europe.
Alessandro and Constanza both very friendly and helpful.
Alessandro has recommended few places to visit outside Florence as we have completed visit all Florence sites within 1/2 day.

This is a great property right in front of the station. I have mostly seen B&B's struggle with spaces but the rooms were spacious (large bathroom), the outdoor space is great to have breakfast or enjoying the views of Duomo while sipping wine. The hosts are very warm and served us great breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Consider yourself lucky if you its available for your dates.

The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom, modern and spacious. The entrance to the building and the elevator reminded us that we are in a very old city. This is not necessarily bad. On the contrary. It stresses the point that the hotel itself is in excellent condition and that the facilities have been very well taken care of.
As for the staff, from the moment we walked out of the elevator, Cristiano was there to greet us warmly. Leonardo went out of his way to fulfill a request of mine. Fiorella prepared a delicious coffee for us. Fatwua was very kind at the breakfast bar. We felt very well treated by the whole staff. It is a place that I will recommend for its location and comfort, but specially for the staff.
