Perfect place. Good location near the city center, rooms were elegant, very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful, and all my expectations for service were met with satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

I don’t often write reviews, we travel a lot around the world in many places and I can without doubts say that this has been probably the best staying. All the staff very professional, kind, available to satisfy any request. The property is amazing, attention to details and everything has taste. Locations simply perfect to explore Florence by foot.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and in a fantastic location. The host was very attentive and provided additional towels almest immediatley upon request. The apartment is located 46 steps up four staircases, so that must be considered. There is a great pastry shop located steps away from the apartment. Also had a stacking washer and dryer which is a nice perk. Instructy to use would be helpful however as it is very diffey than north american machines. We rate this apartment 5 out of 5 stars if you can handle the stairs! Worth it if you can. Oh, and did I mention it has two bathrooms and 12 foot ceilings? Wow!

So spacious. The size of each room was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and close to many main attractions and restaurants. The staff were very responsive and helpful. This apartment suited my family of 5 perfectly.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious. The little pastry shop next door has the best coffee and pastries. Wonderful pizzeria opposite and the market close by has a wonderful selection of food. Would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent location, right next to Santa Croce, easy walking distance to everything in the centre of the city and to Arno. Carlotta is a wonderful host. The room was spacious, with intentionally rustic décor and furniture, the bathroom perfectly functional, and my room had a large and pleasant terrace under an old oak tree overlooking a courtyard that you won't see from the street. Having breakfast on the terrace felt special, and Carlotta's attention to individual preferences was much appreciated.
