The hotel has a very soothing ambience with the design thought through to the tiniest detail. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the room quiet and relaxing.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with all finest shopping, restaurants and historic sights within walking distance. I warmly recommend Casa G., would definitely choose the same if I return to Florence.

The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance to all the best spots. Staff at the reception as well as in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. Room had perfect size and was quiet, despite the fact that it was oriented towards the busy street. Bed and pillows very very comfy.

Excellent location in the center of the old city. On a quiet street. The reception team is very helpful for booking on- line museum tickets and arranging dinner reservations. Breakfast was excellent. The room had an exercise bike, yoga mat and free weights (a first).
