Loved the apartment it was just like the pictures. Loved the location. Loved the view. There was also a cafe bar and restraunt downstairs which was good. Ali the manager was very helpful. He let us leave our luggage until we could check in.

We were met by Gabrielle, who was so friendly and helpful. Showed us places to eat (Cavour 21,just fabulous) and gave us plenty of advice. We were greeted with fresh foccacia and a bottle of procecco which was a lovely touch. Plenty of water and coffee which was very much appreciated. Excellent place to stay for a visit to Genoa.

Locanda da Toto is in a beautiful position in the Old Port, surrounded by boats but with very easy access to restaurants, cafes, museums, transport links and the main parts of Genova. The hotel was immaculately clean, our room was beautiful, breakfast was amazing. Francesca was a wonderful source of information, always cheerful and an absolute delight. She made our stay extra-special by making us feel special.

Everything, the flat was absolutely perfect, location, amenities ...it was equipped with literally everything ! I loved the candies, chocolate offered at arrival. Sugar , teas, nespresso machine.
Cleaning products even shower gel and intimate wash...sublime!

Wow! This home must be the ideal Genoan place to stay. Perfect location, stunning views, beautiful interiors and well curated amenities provide the highest comfort we've experienced in an Italian apartment. Reading the previous reviews, we were a bit skeptical before booking though. However, it seems obvious to us that the always helpful Happy Family team must have had some initial start-up issues. From the point when we parked our car in the integrated garage facilities with a direct elevator access to the apartment floor, till we left, everything was seamless and smooth. We will definitely rent again. A presto!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was new and in perfect state and Fabio was always in touch, although we didn’t meet hin physically. He even called a taxi for us as we need to arrive at the airport at 5 AM. Nothing but excellent reviews for this beautiful apartment
