The location is very good, near the central Forio means restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The view from the rooftop is very very beautiful, specifically sunset! The hotel stuff were very nice and professional.

Everything. For families looking for an Italian beach vacation base (mostly beach but also day trips to Sorrento, Capri, etc) this is a slam dunk. The beach has a shallow entry and is perfect to while away the day with kids on an y crowded beach (one open beach and two larger lounge rental beaches - 1/2 day is 15€ for two loungers and an umbrella). Getting to the apartment was an easy flat 6 min walk from the Forio ferry landing and restaurants. The bus that runs around the island (to the castle is about 35-40 minutes) stops right outside the hotel. AC, and kitchen were much appreciated. Kids loved the small indoor heated pool and a decent sized outdoor pool for when the beach feels crowded. Paula was an excellent hostess and made sure we had all the inside tips for restaurants, etc. and also addressed a minor issue with the blinds promptly. We would easily make this a future family vacation meet up spot.

- Spacious room with a very comfy bed, and a wonderful massage shower
- Great breakfast with lots of choice
- Spendid location close to the sunset viewpoint and bus stop
- Friendly helpful host
- Close to shops and restaurants. Spadara restaurant (recommended by host) is the best.

This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

Excellent location in the center of Forio, a little way down the street. Very clean, the owner of the location is very hospitable and responsive. There is a good restaurant in the shade of the garden. I recommend it!

Breakfast was delicious. View from room, breakfast/dining area is spectacular. Pietro was extremely helpful both before and during the trip. The geothermally heated pool was very relaxing. It was fun watching the children. Rooms extremely clean. A great place to begin our Italian adventure.
