Our hostess Cristina was fantastic. She made us feel welcome and gave us a good introduction and explanation of all the sites in Mantova, many of which were just in the vicinity. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was included at a nearby cafe and was good.

Great value for money, newly renovated, spotlessly clean, excellent location right in the centre but still very quiet. Stefania was a lovely host, communicative and flexible with check in. I'd highly recommend and stay again.

A recently renovated property, Residenza Gonzaga is set in Mantova near Palazzo Te, Rotonda di San Lorenzo and Piazza delle Erbe.

Great location. Clean, quiet, and large comfortable room. Two large windows with screens! Super friendly and helpful host/owner with tips on what to see in Mantua. Very small elevator. Excellent breakfast buffet. We were able to leave our bags before check-in time and after check-out.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The location is incredibly central—right on one of the main squares—yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment is modern, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more). Cleanliness was impeccable, and the host was extremely kind and responsive, always replying to messages promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
