The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they upgraded us for free to the best room of the hotel, which was super huge and pretty. They even gave us some free cakes and a birthday card. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well. Wish we had stayed longer. Would totally recommend

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you will need in travelling. The owner is flexible, helpful and friendly. Located in fashion district, a bit away from central but is a safe residential area.

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches in the bathroom. There was a selection of shower gel and toothpaste, likely left by previous guests, which I thought was a great and sustainable idea rather than throwing products away. There were also coffee capsules and tea available, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. The living area was comfortable, and I loved that I could easily use my Netflix account on the TV. The bedroom was cosy, and surprisingly, the sofa was even more comfortable than the mattress. The owner was fantastically friendly, responsive, and truly excellent with customer service. Andrea was one of the best hosts I met during my tour in Italy. Overall, it’s a wonderful apartment with a great host and excellent amenities.

Nice Apartment with everything you need. Fridge, stove, washing machine, utensils, pots pans, etc. There is a coffee machine & they provided coffee pods & some sweet chocolate bus as a welcome treat. Easy to find and self check in and out. As soon as I booked Andrea send me the information I needed to get to the apartment and some videos for how to open the lock box for the keys, how to get inside & a preview of the apartment. He was also very available via chat when I had questions. Great location, grocery store a block away & many shops & restaraunts right next door. Hop on hop off bus stop just down the block and the street car and metro run in the street in front. Close to the canals and lovely area to wander. Loved my stay.
