From the get-go the staff was very warm and welcoming, especially the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was neat, and cozy and the books are cute touches. I loved the hanging plant at the entrance. The hotel is eco-friendly and I wish they can incorporate the plants in the rooms too. In this difficult economy the mini bar is free, which is extremely rare or even unheard of and on top of that they offer complementarily natural water which gets replaced and I was pleasantly surprised when i noticed that. I also loved the juices they had at breakfast very refreshing. Lastly, the complementarily chocolates and the note. It shows the extra care they take in satisfying their customers. I highly recommend this hotel, i know they are fairly new and i hope they keep up with this amazing service. It is definitely worth the price you pay for. The location is very well connected with multiple trams.

Brand new room. Extremely clean, I was shocked how clean it was. It had all the necessities, shower supplies, coffee, fruit, snacks. Close to the tram taking you to the duomo in 20 minutes. Metro to Central Station in 30 minutes. Even faster with uber.
