We had a Deluxe Room with courtyard view for 1 night. The room was large and also had a large bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, and included turn down service each evening. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes to meet just about anyone's needs. The location is perfect, sitting at the edge in the Old Town, making everything walkable. Ordered room service one night and was surprised at the relatively reasonable prices. Booked a massage one day and paid € 90 for 80 min massage. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The stay was worth the cost for the level of luxury and service.

Perfect old palace in the old part of town- easy walking to everywhere. Our host manager was truly kind and warm and bent over backwards to ensure our stay was supported. We had a generous room and private bathroom. The breakfast was generous and varied . The palace has a lift which was great . Great location . Close to restaurants .

Very helpful hosts who organised a pickup from the airport which convenient and very reasonably priced. We were delivered almost to the door, and the hosts were there to greet us. It has a lovely little courtyard off the bedroom. It is extremely well located to see the main sites of Palermo. A great little pizza restaurant a couple of doors away. Highly recommend.
