We had a Deluxe Room with courtyard view for 1 night. The room was large and also had a large bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, and included turn down service each evening. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes to meet just about anyone's needs. The location is perfect, sitting at the edge in the Old Town, making everything walkable. Ordered room service one night and was surprised at the relatively reasonable prices. Booked a massage one day and paid € 90 for 80 min massage. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The stay was worth the cost for the level of luxury and service.

easy check-in and check-out at any hours (so grateful for that) the hostess had extra towels and even sun umbrellas for the beach that we could ise freely ! most importantly she was always reachable and answered quickly and gave us advice on how to get there from the airport and also recommended us places to visit !

The staff are truly exceptional. Plus the location of course. We arrived off the ferry very early on a Sunday morning. And very stressed due to a large event having closed several roads making the recommended parking almost impossible to get to. But the hotel staff put things right immediately and immediately transformed our stay. Very impressive. And. The hotel itself is lovely.

The property was absolutely amazing and our host Fanny and the entire staff were simply amazing. We were a group of 15 friends and they were very accommodating. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with wide options. The places matched with photos and our stay was pleasant. Would highly recommend this place and we would definitely return should we visit Palermo again.

The hotel was renovated and everything was brand new. The bed was so comfortable and the room was fully sound proof, which might not be the case for most hotels in Catania. Excellent value for the price. I highly recommend and will be going back again!
