The room/suite is perfectly located 40metres from the escalators which take you to the mini metro and station. The Old town is beautiful and the room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The host Simonetta is very friendly and gives lots of advice . Highly recommended for a stay in Perugia.

We chose this accomodation for the proximity to the old town, whilst still being easy to access. There are many good restaurants very close by and a great cafe - Cafe di Corso right next door which opens at 6am for coffee etc! Valentina was exceptionally helpful and accomodating Re early entry into the apartment and she also popped in to check whether we had everything we needed, plus ordered us a taxi for our early train journey the following morning.
