Everything is new, each room is spacious, well-lit, and well-furnished. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the air quality in the room is excellent thanks to a well-maintained AC system. ​Toiletries include both bar and liquid soap, though I personally prefer the solid option. ​The breakfast buffet is always stocked with the freshest items, I genuinely couldn't find anything I didn't like.. Additionally, you can request freshly pressed orange juice and other made-to-order kitchen items, which, while an extra charge, are absolutely worth it. ​I truly felt like I found a home away from home and hope to come back soon. Special thanks to the personnel, the nicest people even with someone as demanding and insufferable as me.

The apartment was very spacious and quiet, surrounded by trees, with a long balcony. We have got a very well equipped kitchen, and downstairs just in the neighboring building there was a wonderful restaurant serving a delicious sea food etc. The house is located near the EUR district of Rome. You need to see it with its incredible architecture, and history. By the way, the downtown of Rome is reachable in 20 min. by subway (metro) from Laurentina station nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, yet very well connected — there’s a metro and bus station about a 10-minute walk away, so it was easy to reach all the main sights in Rome. Our flight was arriving later than the regular check-in time, but the owner kindly accepted our request for a late check-in and waited for us. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, gave us recommendations and directions, and was always available if we needed anything. She’s a very friendly and welcoming person who truly made us feel at home. The place itself had everything we needed — it was clean, warm, and cozy. There was even water bottles and some snacks waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

The place is great looks exactly like in pictures, very clean and comfortable. The owns are really nice and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and will return for sure.
