The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Perfect location for our visit to Rome.☺️ The apartment was well equipped, spacious, had both a really good bed and a good pressure shower (I have a lot of hair, so this is important) Very happy for the coffee maker (and a little coffee that was already there) The living room was also very nice and on the TV we had possibility to log into our own accounts on different streaming platforms (the apartment has his own Netflix account) Only 5-7min to Piazza del populous, then not more than 10-15 (if you don’t get lost shopping) to the Spanish Steps. We are already talking about coming back to this apartment☺️ Highly recommend. Great communication with the owners, easy to get in touch with if we had any questions👌🏻

The location is superb, only a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo with a river view. It's an apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building. The design is pleasant and simple with cool details like old rugs and furniture pieces. The rooms are bright with big windows. Our room had access to a large terrace (shared with another room) overlooking Tevere. Everything is new and of decent quality. The host, Edoardo, is charming and responsive.

Very nice, calm and cozy apartment which is very clean and had a balcony to enjoy the morning in the sun. The bathroom is separate but private, so everything perfect. The public transport is just in front of the building and you reach the city center in 15 minutes. Thanks to Paolo for making us such a nice stay!

Loved everything, the location is peaceful, pleasant tree lined streets. Walkable to Villa Borghese, Piazza Del Popolo, Pincio for wonderful views. As a 57 year old Solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable here. It was a perfect stop to rest and relax before my long trip back to New Zealand after 2 months of travel. The room and bathroom facilties were modern & immaculate.. The breakfasts are the best of my whole 2 months of travels in Italy. The setting is a delight. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. I was nervous about visiting a big city. This hotel felt like a peaceful haven Highly recomend

Great location. Loved staying outside the usual tourist trap. Easy to get to the metro and from there over to the colosseum and forum area, parks and sightseeing nearby, and you can walk along the river to Piazza Navona in approx 25 mins. Also walkable to Prati just over the bridge with lots of bars and restaurants. Walked back to the apartment quite late as a woman by myself, had no issues, but streets were very quiet. Small supermarket near Flamimo metro station was convenient. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants and snack bar between apartment and station. Appartment was exactly as shown, lovely space, good air conditioning, coffee machine, washing machine and clothes horse, towels. It was very cosy and the apartment management were very nice, responsive and accommodating.
