This is such a lovely place to spend a trip to Rome in! The rooms are part of an apartment in a old, charming building in a quaint neighborhood. The terrace is really spectacular, we enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings there, admiring the view. The location is great: close to Vila Borghese, within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and very well connected to all sorts of public transportation. The owner is just adorable: a very hospitable, charming lady. She put in the effort to find me gluten free treats for breakfast, which was incredibly kind of her.

ElevenG is an fabulous apartment very close to Flaminio station and with a useful bus route right outside. The Spanish Steps as well as some great restaurants are very close by. The communication from the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed (I loved the bathroom diffuser). An absolute find! Thank you to the hosts.

Very beautiful villa, in a quiet area, about 40 min on foot from Piazza del Popolo. The breakfast was amazing, the best and the plentiest I ever had in Italy. Also, the staff is lovely, very friendly and accomodating. All in all it feels like an authentic italian experience.

Great space, lovely patio where we ate brunch and a convenient location. We walked all over Rome from the place. And the host was very helpful and friendly.

Ease of access via an App. Lovely new rooms in an old building. Modern and clean. Its also virtually opposite a lovely restaurant called the Treehut. Try it !! Within walking distance of the main sites and is 150 yards away from a tram stop which will take the strain off your legs.
