Wonderful stay! Patrizia is extremely helpful and friendly. She answered my questions before I could even ask them :) I have received some very useful information and tips. The room was very nice and clean. Working air conditioning was an awesome addition, as the temperature was very different than in Poland when we were leaving the country. I truly recommend staying here.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, they really take care of the guests and were always ready to answer all of the questions. The room and bathroom were amazing, everything was super clean and modern. Public transport was on the corner of the building. Moreover, breakfast was delicious and served in a really cozy cafe. It was a pleasure to stay at this place and enjoy Rome for a couple of days.

David is a great host, very attentive, and knowledgeable. We got the room with the balcony and it was divine to have coffee on the patio in the sunny morning with a lovely view of the courtyard.

The host is very nice, they responsed immediately when we need. The house is clean, especially the toilet in every room. The kitchen is furnished with coffee maker, gas cooker, big fridge, utensils,... They also have washer, dryer. Around the house are bus station go to the center and train to FOC airport. Danilo gave us a ride to the airport in the early morning to catch the early flight. Thank you Danilo. We will come back when we travel to Italy in the future

We had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Rome. Very comfortable living area and bedroom, large bathroom and shower and full kitchen facilities. The entire apartment was in excellent condition and very clean. For food we went to a Lidl about a 15/20 min walk away as we are familiar with the store but there is also a local supermarket a few mins walk away. There are a variety of bus options to travel into the city depending on what area you are aiming for specifically. We forgot to have cash on us for the city tax part of the fee paid on arrival but the hosts were very understanding and showed us where a nearby cash machine was for that (so don’t be like us and remember to bring cash 😂) Host was very friendly and kept in touch to make sure everything was fine with the property. Overall definitely would recommend, one of the best holiday apartments I’ve stayed at- especially for the price
