Very good location, close by walk to the center, Vatican.., very clean, tidy, the owners so kind and helpful from the first second we have arrived. there was always possibility to have a coffee, breakfast very nice with the fruits, yoghourts. But the mainly the atmosphere of the place, we felt very welcome and we had a great time in our short stay! thank you Francesca :) definitely coming back in my next trip to Rome
