The location was excellent, the view as soon as you leave the hotel was stunning and the staff were exceptional. Sofia and Angelica could not do more, provided a smooth quick check in, excellent restaurant recommendations and airport transfers. Always available and very responsive.

My partner and I stayed at Palazzo Roma Hotel for three days and it was exceptional. Having traveled extensively for work and stayed in countless hotels over the years, we can confidently say this was one of the most welcoming and service-oriented experiences we’ve ever had. The location also could not have been better, everything was within walking distance, so we could easily explore the city.

Everything was perfect! We've done a contactless check in but the communication with the owners was perfectly fine. They responded immediately and answered all of our questions and requests. The apartment was really spacious. There was plenty of space and it was exactly like the photos. Located in one of the most popular places of Rome, just 3 minutes from Spagna and very close to other important attractions. We definitely gonna choose it again to our next trip!!
