The hotel is perfectly located opposite Stazione Porta Nuova. Outside is the stop for the airport bus, the Metro, and local buses. During night the hotel is behind large closed wooden doors, and then you have to pass locked glass doors to come into a yard before entering the hotel. The hotel is fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff in the reception made us feel welcome and speak english too. Breakfast is really good and they had glutenfree products for me. The woman in the kitchen is so kind, and even though she doesn´t speak much english we managed to have nice conversations via translator. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to be back some day.

Very clean and in the best location possible. Staff was great and the apartment cosy and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. For a worry free vacation you should reserve a parking space at the hotel , it worths every penny. 1 min on foot from a shopping street and good restaurants. We had a great vacation in Torino and I don't think that you can find another hotel to top their location /price /quality offer. Loger is the only option for us when we 'll return to Torino. Grazie for everything!!!!

I loved everything about this place. Very nice staff, fantastic location in the centre and in a lovely area, and I also felt safe due to two sets of keys and a combination to open the main door at night. I was given a free upgrade and the 'suite' they put me in was bigger than my own flat :D . The bedroom in particular was so spacious and roomy, with a very comfortable bed that made me sleep very well. All the facilities worked, including very good WiFi and also the heating, which you can regulate so it was nice and warm even in the cold weather. Very nice breakfast in the bar with homemade omelettes and other things they cooked on top of the usual Italian breakfast. I would definitely stay again!
