The staff were 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and always available for information and extras.
The breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal and continental style offerings (panna cotta was very nice) and lots of very nice coffee.
For our room (upstairs in the no lift section) they took our luggage up to our room for us.
ALSO no steps to get from the railway station to the hotel! Definitely will stay there again if we get back to Venice.

Everything was amazing. The room, the backyard, the breakfast, the beds, also bathrooms. The hotel was very cleaned and comfortable. It’s close to the central train station. The rooms are modern and very new. There are coffee machine in the rooms and 2 coffees are free. Besides free of charge anything in the minibar. This is very very good experience for us.

If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's living room, which is safe, before check-in.
