This hotel is perfectly located, away from the more turist places. Our room was spacious, quiet and we even overslept because the bed was so confortable. Breakfast was delicious in the varada! We are definetely coming back.

The hotel is fantastic. The room was very spacious (we were 3 people with a baby and it seemed very comfortable at all times). The bathroom was great as well. Everything new and very nicely decorated. The staff of the hotel was just above the level. On the day of my mom's birthday Cristina (the responsible of the breakfast room) prepared a very nicely decorated surprise cake for her. This was priceless. The hotel also has a very nice and big garden with a bar and a chill out area. And it's just 5-10 min walk from the bus stop, but already into the beautiful all area of Venice.

It has an adorable location next to canal and lovely bridge. The hotel itself is authentic, neat, and immediately feels welcoming. The special gratefulness to hotel manager Lorenzo - his professionalism and humanity is a rare combination to find. I will be back to Venice and this hotel!
