+ Located in a very elegant and calm sestiere of Venice - Dorsoduro, a couple of minutes from Accademia stop of vaporetti.
+ It's a charming villa with a historical feel which has a lovely garden (therefore, especially recommended for stays in summer/spring/autumn)
+ My single room was tiny but very practical (a safety-box, a mini-bar, a kettle, wifi worked well). Comfortable bed. The view was great: you could even see a little part of Canal Grande.
+ Tasty varied breakfast

Everything was excellent! The location was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Some rooms at the back of the building had a nice view—mine was at the front. The complimentary Prosecco in the evening was a lovely touch.
Breakfast had great options, and overall, the experience was wonderful.
Will definitely return!

We came to Venice for the weekend and stayed as a family in these apartments. We had two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartments were very cosy and clean. Everything we needed was there: crockery, bedding, towels, slippers, toiletries. The best part for us was the balcony with an incredible view of the canal.
