We liked everything about the property - it was perfectly clean, everything smelled beautiful, comfortable bed, the heating worked (we stayed in November), the bathroom was spacious, the breakfast options were various and good and the staff was extremely nice.
The hotel is located in a small courtyard (so no canal views), but that’s the reason why it’s quiet and private. We would definitely come back and we recommend this property for any traveler.

Service was fantastic from the moment we entered. The room was always cleaned, coffee and tea was always topped up and the bar tender was great company as well. They offered a free trip to Murano which was also appreciated.
