Everything! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and bathroom nice and big. The stuff were the best part though :) Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also warm, fresh and a lot of choices of fruits. Location was amazing, everything super close and the water taxi can come literally 5 meters from the hotel.

The staff was very kind and professional. The room was stylish and charming. Hotel location is great, very close to Rialto Bridge and just a few minutes of walking from St. Marco Square. Great restaurant about 100m in front of the hotel (Ristorante al teatro goldoni). Lot's of shops and cafes near the hotel. We even received welcome fruit basked and bottle of prosecco upon arrival. When I come back to Venice next time I'll definitely choose this hotel as my first choice.
