The breakfast is really great!!! The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely furnished. The position of the hotel is ideally between the in-Venice transport entries and the center of Dosorduro - ideal for those visiting University Ca' Foscari.

Located on a beautiful square, great location, close enough to everything but in a quieter area. Plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants around.

Leone sent me directions on how to reach the apartment the best way from the airport and Manuela met me on the vaporetto stop and took me to the apartment, while making comments on where to eat, to drink and to shop around. Venice is not easy place to navigate so it was very kind of her and convenient to take me to nearest Coop. Flat is quite spacious for Venice, with a balcony over the channel. All the cooking amenities are in place. You will enjoy spending some time on the nearest square, where the Coop is. To my taste it is one of the best real life squares in the city. Not so many tourists around. 15-20 min to major attractions - San Marco, Rialto, etc.
