- Location is very practical if you come by train or bus (from the airport), hotel is just in front, it is also enough staggered to be calm and restful, You feel really in Venice with canals and waterways, with Bus station not far. Beautiful garden inside.
- Our room was charming and comfortable (we had the 4th floor room, top of the building with lovely inclined ceiling in wood) with a beautiful view on the large garden. Bathroom well designed
- Staff of the hotel very gentle and helpful
- Breakfast was good
- For the birthday of my wife we had a very gentle surprise, I would not say more to avoid spoiling :)

Excellent directions were sent in advance so hotel was easy to find from the train station. We arrived at 9am and were able to leave our bags till the 1pm check in time. We were also given a coffee and pastries on our arrival and the host took the time to explain the main sights of Venice and how to access them.
Breakfast was amazing - great variety and excellent service.
Our room was wonderful and spacious with a terrace and the shower was excellent - a rain shower style with hand held option.
