Fantastic location within not so crowded part of Venice, in a historic building of former palazzo. It's separated from crowds in San Marco by a 20 minutes walk - but it faces a quite large plaza full of restaurants (and a regular grocery store ;)). Chances are you would see also local people around living their lifes;)
Interiors are full of modern art and historical decorations of some of the rooms; there's a nice internal yard with bar and separate gate for water transport.
Good choice of food for breakfast in a very stylish room looking upon the plaza.
Very helpful and smiling service - ask for help with anything local, you'll get it (water taxi ride to airport, to start with ;))
Room we took was small but clean and convenient, last floor / the attic with a view for rooftops - modern furniture and equipment.
Would and will choose the hotel again.
