This hotel is conviniently located so that you do not need to carry your luggage far from city parking garage and if you are coming by train it is right opposite the main train station. At the same time you are in the canal with gondola station in front of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly clean decorated in venetian style. It also has room with balcony overlooking the canal. The size of the room is enough for the couple to enjoy their stay.
It is easy to reach other sights in the old town.

Leone sent me directions on how to reach the apartment the best way from the airport and Manuela met me on the vaporetto stop and took me to the apartment, while making comments on where to eat, to drink and to shop around. Venice is not easy place to navigate so it was very kind of her and convenient to take me to nearest Coop. Flat is quite spacious for Venice, with a balcony over the channel. All the cooking amenities are in place. You will enjoy spending some time on the nearest square, where the Coop is. To my taste it is one of the best real life squares in the city. Not so many tourists around. 15-20 min to major attractions - San Marco, Rialto, etc.
