Very convenient location to access all the different transport modes that Venice has to offer. Easy to access from Pizzale Roma bus terminal, the train station and the vaporetto.
Excellent care with service from all members of staff. Travelled with two teens and our room was perfectly organised for us. I had requested beforehand, three separate beds and this was not a problem. The room was spotlessly clean.
This is a very well run hotel, with friendly & kind staff members that made our stay such a pleasure.
Breakfast was an excellent continental style breakfast, lovely fresh food and plenty of it. Great communication with staff before and through out our stay. I would certainly return given the opportunity! Represents very good value for Venice.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness and willingness to help. The rooms were thoughtfully and tastefully designed, providing both comfort and charm.
Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, all of which were incredibly delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the "happy hour" concept, which we happily enjoyed every evening. Every staff member we interacted with left a positive impression and made us feel truly welcome.
