Very hospitable hosts, you feel truly welcome. On New Year's Eve we received a pleasant holiday surprise from the owners. The rooms are cozy (I especially liked the abundance of wonderful paintings). The location is very convenient, especially for those arriving by public transport from the airport.

Overll it was a great stay in Venice. The hotel is conveniently located - the walk from the parking plaza is not that long (compared to other hotels) and the hotel is located close to all the attractions; The hotel is small but very nicely decorated and is very clean. Breakfast was great & the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here again.
