Room was upgraded for free for the superior room with canal view/ Room was very big, clean, with a nice view. Breakfast was really amazing, good choice, big portions. Cleaning service was very fast and proper. Shower gel and cream in the rooms have very nice smell. Location of the hotel is very good, near San Marco and all tourist places. Will get back again!

Lovely apartment in quiet area of Venice, tucked away in a small street on a small canal. But close enough to the main attractions. Our host Vanni was extremely friendly and welcoming, even met us at the water bus to walk us to the apartment. He provided very useful information about things to do and places to eat.
The apartment was lovely, equipped with everything you need and it was great to have aircon.
Would definitely recommend!
