Perfect place if you want to stay just a few kilometers from Verona without being in the busy center, paying more and getting worse conditions. The accommodation is very well equipped, part of a beautiful house with a huge living room where you can relax and enjoy a great breakfast, and in summer also the pool. There is also a very good garage to park the car. Alessandro is a very kind and attentive host, he answered all my questions and even recommended great wines to try.

We stayed in the apartment for three nights and had a lovely experience. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a functional layout. It’s peaceful and quiet, and when you open the window, you can hear the sound of the nearby stream and birdsong – it really feels like being in nature. The host is kind, responsive, and clear in communication – everything was smooth and on point. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is an elevator in the building. Although the neighborhood is calm and quiet, we appreciated the added sense of security – the gates to the courtyard and the building are always locked. Parking is available on the street right next to the house, and we could see our car from the window. There’s a bus stop at the upper end of the street with regular connections to Verona - about every 15 minutes during the day. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and our stay – it provided exactly what we were looking for: peace and comfort.

Location was perfect as it is right beside the arena as well as the start of the main shopping district. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the arena and city. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
