The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. They provided me with excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions nearby that I could visit and helped set up a day tour for me at a great price. Location is a walkable distance from the major sites in Amman. The hotel is newly renovated and feels brand new. This hotel could easily be a 4 star hotel and is well worth the price for anyone looking for accommodation downtown.

The staff here were super helpful before and after my arrival. The view was incredible from the deck - and they had multiple types of comfortable seating for everyone, included couches, swinging chairs, tables and chairs. Definitely the type of hostel that is great for meeting fellow travelers and staying comfortable for a while. I had a private room with shared shower. Everything was cleaned and well maintained.
