This was a very pleasant place to stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a heating pad for the back. Good Japanese breakfast. Great area to reach most of the attractions, but not too crowded with tourists.

Great location; easy access to the subway and walkable to many places as well. Well appointed rooms, spacious and comfortable beds. Loved the night pyjamas and the crockery available for use when we brought back food to eat in. Large bathroom and loved the distinction of the shower area from the tub!

The room was amazing!
The beds were big and comfy. The size of the room was large and allowed us to have all our luggage.
The bathroom and toilet was also a large size and of high quality.
The check-in was quick and the staff were helpful.
Luggage storage is possible.

Beautiful property right next to the main attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. I woke up and was able to go on a beautiful nature walk in the park and got a bonus view over Kyoto. Loved the private onsen tub.
