The onsen (hot spring bath) is definitely a great advantage of the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable — more than satisfying in terms of overall convenience. Housekeeping is consistent and attentive to cleanliness. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us a warm welcome on the first day and assisted us with our luggage transfer.
Small but thoughtful details are well taken care of — such as providing a charging cable, razor, and other essentials in the room, which really enhance the comfort level.
There is also a beautifully designed small Zen garden in the hotel lobby, which adds a calm and elegant atmosphere as soon as you enter the building.
The location is also excellent. There is a FamilyMart just 1 minute away, and a 7-Eleven store only 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest subway station is about a 5-minute walk.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kyoto.

Pretty close to all the main attractions all around Kyoto. You could easily get to Gion and Higashiyama District on foot.
Decent breakfast options including Japanese and Western ones.
Helpful and friendly staff!
