So convenient and the facilities are new, clean and organised.
Bed (I had the single bed loft room) was comfy, bathtub and bath salts very welcomed after long days walking (shared area), and kitchen was equipped, outdoor area cute. Suck a vibe

The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing, the communal Bath is lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Five minutes walk to the main train/bus station.

Location: easy to find. Without suitcase, it was 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station. With a suitcase, it could take 7-8 mins.
Room: Spacious for 3 people (our family) clean, comfortable, very quiet at night. Free coffee in the morning at the lobby. Can get to AEON shopping mall less than 10 mins walk - plenty of restaurants and shopping area.
Staff: can speak English fluently. Nice and Friendly.

It was actually rather larger for what we have been used to in Japan. The fact there is everything you need, the washing machine a huge plus in summer and close to the stations. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also super quiet and felt extremely safe.

Very well situated for a excursions around Kyoto as it is near the station. On other hand it is very quite. We liked the cave feeling of the room as we slept so well. Even if you do not put the curtains the room is not too bright. We even had a washing mashine which helped. Downstairs free coffee and tea and friendly stuff.
