Everything was perfect: location (very close to central station), amazing hostel style, very comfortable beds, everything was super clean, super nice and friendly staff. Great common area with coffee and tea. Very comfortable shower room (with Dyson air dryers)

The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing, the communal Bath is lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Five minutes walk to the main train/bus station.

Very well situated for a excursions around Kyoto as it is near the station. On other hand it is very quite. We liked the cave feeling of the room as we slept so well. Even if you do not put the curtains the room is not too bright. We even had a washing mashine which helped. Downstairs free coffee and tea and friendly stuff.
