The public baths on the 4th floor were great after a long day of walking around town.

Spacious clean rooms (we were 4 adults with 2 toddlers and feel realy comfortable) with everything you need for a good stay: well equiped kitchen, washing mashine, they even gave us a potty for our children. Great location, main station and many bus stops is close by, so we have no problem to travel around Kyoto. Near the hotel there is shopping mall with plenty shop and restaurants. Last but not least, tha satff was very frienndly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!!!

I have stayed in this hotel twice and I really like it! Spacious rooms. Nice common area with free snacks and drinks to hangout with your friends. Location is not central but it's easy to reach with bus or train.

Everything was perfect!! We loved and enjoyed the place! Hotel is at the perfect location, very close to everything, to Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower and Malls, shops, cafes. People who work there are very kind and they know English very well. Room is spacious and beautiful, everything was amazing and I will definitely come again!

The smell in the lobby was awesome. Everything else worked perfectly as well. Very close to the Kioto Railway Station made it greatly located. The room was spacious and very convenient. Highly recommended!

Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Washing machine and mini kitchen included - air conditioning a godsend. Situated in a small side street off a main road leading to the station, quiet, near the convenience stores with great design.
