It was great to have basically our own private apartment with both indoor and outdoor baths. The rooms were immaculate and the service was first rate. There are many baths, private and public, to use for free and you are also able to visit their sister location nearby and use their baths (I think for a small fee). The food was great and the drinks selection was significant.

This is a paradise on earth. The service, the location, all the onsen available deserve a full 10 vote. I lost my mobile on the bus directed to the hotel and all the staff made their best to contact the transport company, and the day after I received my mobile! 10, 10, 10!

Amazing ryokan stay! We loved everything about our stay. The food was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, bedding was super comfy and the location was also very convenient. Our chosen room had a little balcony and our own private onsen - just wow! 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again!

Great traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner provided. Staff were excellent and provided shuttle service to and from hotel on request to Kyushu Odan bus stop.

This is one of the most memorable stay in Japan for us, the staff is friendly and the place itself is very calming. We enjoy the onsen very much and the history of the building. Highly recommended to visit!

Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff nice. Room was very big, with nice onsen (one indoor tub and one outdoor on the terrace). Location is nice and quiet, with forest surrounding. Even if on a remote location, it was easy to find using navigation, and the road signs marking the property.

We like the accommodation, the private onsen facilities, the location, the food, the shuttle service from and to the express bus stops, and of course most importantly the staff of the Ryokan. The Kaiseki dinner was served in our room and the Ryokan had accommodated our dietary request. Special shout out to 陈婷, the staff handling our dinner, bedding arrangement and breakfast. We felt so relaxed and welcomed. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful one and our Ryokan onsen experience a memorable one.
