Friendly staff - English speaking. Breakfast was great, self-serve cereal and muesli was included on top of hot breakfast. Onsen available for guest was huge and great. They were also kind enough to give us a lift to Myoko Kogen Station on the day of departure. Only 100m walk to the chairlift.

The location near the ski bus stop was ideal, the breakfast was a perfect start to each day, and the accommodation was spotless. The hotel is very closed to the Tangram ski resort. You may walk to the chairlift. Also, they have shuttle services to the lobby as well, which is very convenient for carrying a lot of ski equipment.

Nathan and Akiko were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot, it was quite close to Tsubame Onsen which we came to visit. The nature was stunning so we could stroll around.
