This place has a soul. It was a pleasure to just be there and relax. It has very nice surroundings.

The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. They provide a variety of information and recommendations and really try their best through the language barrier. Location was very close to a number of resorts (we also had a car). Breakfast was very filling and at a great price. The host also has access to discounted tickets for resorts in the area. We were very sad to leave.

The property is perfect for a snow holiday, large warm rooms and close to the lifts. The staff are absolutely fabulous nothing is a problem. The hosts Lisa and Stewart are the most warm welcoming people you would ever meet. We felt like family and were very sad leaving.

Lovely, spacious ryokan. Very clean, great breakfast. Little bit removed from Myoko Onsen village (10-15 minutes walk) but very close to Myoko Kogen lift area. A pleasure to stay!
