The breakfast was lovely, we didn't have the Japanese breakfast as we came down late but the western style breakfast which was delicious. There was also lots of choice from the continental section (the tiny pastries where delightful).
The room was spectacular and well worth the money. They'd thought of almost everything we could need and it was extremely spacious.
The staff where very friendly and spoke good English, which given our very limited Japanese we where very grateful for. We only stayed for one night but the morning we woke up it was rainy and for those staying they had umbrellas that could be rented. This might be quite common but it was the first time we saw it advertised.
It is a little bit of a walk from the station, so bare that in mind, but it isn't too long.
There's also lots of small restaurants in the vicinity which is very handy.

Very clean. It was easy to check in and out. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day, even after we checked out. They also gave us a free drink ticket for each person.

A very nice, comfortable and luxurious hotel with a wonderful panoramic view from the room for a very reasonable price. Great view from 22 floors (the lowest reception is on the 18th floor).
We were greeted by extremely friendly and accommodating staff. They took our things long before and after check-in and check-out, so we saved extra.
The breakfast was extremely substantial with a lot of delicious options with a panoramic view of the city. 3 minutes from JR and metro station is a bonus. I recommend it - a very special experience.
