I stayed at Hotel Minimums for two weeks and it was truly a fantastic experience. The entire team works every day with so much kindness, energy, and genuine hospitality that you feel welcome from the very first moment. No question was ever too much and every staff member did their absolute best to help, always with a smile.
The hotel is incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, but what really made my stay special were the people who work there. I would like to highlight one staff member in particular: a very kind lady from the team (Mrs. Hatomi I hope it’s written correctly) Despite the language barrier she helped me in an exceptionally attentive and caring way. She seemed to understand what I needed, always thought along with me and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The entire team truly goes above and beyond for their guests. I never felt uncomfortable, uncertain, or unheard, on the contrary, I felt seen and taken care of. That is rare, and exactly what makes this place so special.
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Minimums. You made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely return!

Location was wonderfully located at the heart of Kokusaidori. You are able to walk to both stops of Yui monorail lines (prefectural office and Miebashi). Also able to walk to Makishi market. Lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Very clean and spacious rooms with great facilities (coin laundry and access to private lounge). Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Staff are all very friendly even though there might be a language barrier, they tried their best to communicate.

Staying at EXES in Naha was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was top-notch - the location was prime- about 5 min walk the start of the busy area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. Would 100% stay again.

Spacious, clean and had almost everything. Appliances, bath and toilet were nice and new. Lots of little extras and having a nice hot bath was excellent after a long day.
It was a very pleasant stay and the air conditioning was perfect. Easy to get into the room and fuss free.
