LOVELY owners who were amazing to have on a ski trip. Very thankful for the pick ups provided by the lodge so we could get around easily. Location was also central enough from all the ski slopes, reachable by the public bus. the lodge had cosy feeling whenever we were in, breakfast was always nice to have. Bonus: it's right next to milk kobo so desserts all day everyday!

Breakfast was excellent, with western and Japanese options. Service overall was kind and efficient. The location cannot be beat as the lift is seconds from the property and the village is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were excellent. Really kind and could not do more for you. Great to meet the new GM Tony, he checked in on us a few times during our stay. We had our breakfast at Melt on 2nd Floor, unbeatable, a great start to the day of full on powder. Karen was a superstar. Ski in ski out, snowboards dropped off at the end of the day, on site onsen, Japanese restaurants served delicious food and the quiet room and very comfy bed really made the stay a perfect one. We will be back!
