Our stay at Yado Kiramachi was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were greeted with warm smile and great hospitality of Ms.Tada who was very kind to make us recommendations on every detail for local eating and travelling around. The check-in process was smooth and efficient while our ryokan was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from the high-quality toiletries to the complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and even a delicious Japanese breakfast.
The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, Yado Kiramachi exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

We were given early check in as apartment was ready early. Much appreciated.
Location was excellent. Seafood sushi restaurant next door convenient to take away and 7-11 and family mart within walking distance. Guy at check in was very friendly..Clean and big room with separate sitting area tho I wished they would give a small dining area with chairs/ stools , would be easier to eat meals. Also no cups provided only glasses.

Very convenient location right near a subway station between Osaka station and Dotonbori. Laundry and vending machines on 6th floor and what's more important — a microwave! Cloud-like bed, the softest one in my life. Pretty spacious room with lots of lighting options

Great and comfortable interiors, it feels tranquil and relaxing. Room is spacious and has everything one wants from 5star hotel. We loooved the Panasonic steamer in the room. It was also very nice gesture to provide me with birthday cake and wishes, I really appreciate it.
