Very convenient lication. Very nice staff. Drinks bar is excellent, aswell as having dinner tables and comfortable seating. Room was spacious, and finally a proper hairdryer.
Staff drove us to the bus station, very much appreciated as we didn’t have to walk with the huge suitcases. If I am back in Osaka, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Too many great facilities and amenities! The staff was great and always super helpful. The location was also great although was a little bit difficult to find the correct exit from Namba station.

We were on the 15th floor and we had a washing machine in our room. It was great as we are here for a longer stay in Japan.
We had tickets delivered for to the hotel a week before we arrived and the hotel kept it and put it in our room for us.
