Great place to stay! The location is amazing, just a few minutes’ walk from Dotonbori shopping street. The room was clean and well-equipped, and check-in was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Too many great facilities and amenities! The staff was great and always super helpful. The location was also great although was a little bit difficult to find the correct exit from Namba station.

We were on the 15th floor and we had a washing machine in our room. It was great as we are here for a longer stay in Japan.
We had tickets delivered for to the hotel a week before we arrived and the hotel kept it and put it in our room for us.
