Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

Staff hospitality and room space. Room space is properly adequate with 3 beds for a family of 3 who brought 6 small sizes luggage. The room is fully equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy and get a proper rest in a hotel. The bathroom is also had enough space with proper amenities. The exhaust fan works properly, not allowing any kind of smell stay in the bathroom. Hot water always running properly and easy to adjust. Internet is fast. And the Air-conditioning is easily adjustable to provide proper temperature even in a cold winter season. Not mentioning the location. It's even more perfect once we've found the East Exit of Shin-Osaka station is not only near but very comfortable to reach the hotel. If you come from Shin-osaka station, use East Exit and not South. From South exit, you will need to cross the railways by using a very high bridge with so many steps that makes you simply exhausted especially if you bring a lot of luggage. Whilst on East Exit you can get down (and up) through an elevator (even though you might need to queue to use it) than turn right, follow the road, walk about 10-12 mints before you reach hotel's lobby on your left.

Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s less than a minute from Shin-Osaka Station, making travel incredibly fast and easy. The apartment was bigger than expected—clean, tidy, and well-organized. Being so close to the station, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Shin-Osaka is also a great hub for travel, with direct connections to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Hiroshima. The host was wonderful—very nice, helpful, and responsive throughout the booking, check-in, and check-out process. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
