Very friendly and polite staff (we talked to 4 of them). Excellent service: Help with luggage transport, info on Osaka, the offer to transfer us to Shin-Osaka, ... No question was too much. The room had everything you might need and was very quiet (even though the hotel is right next door to Dotonbori, which is of course a plus).
